About The Position

Unified Group Services is seeking a full-time Internal Wellness Specialist to join our team onsite in Anderson, Indiana. The specialist will serve as a trusted wellness resource, helping to shape a healthier workplace culture. Unified Group Services, established in 1996, is a full-service third-party administrator (TPA) for self-funded group health insurance plans. Requirements

Knowledge of employee wellness programs, health promotion initiatives, and engagement strategies
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to build effective relationships with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Windows-based business software
Ability to learn and utilize wellness platforms, CRM systems, and vendor management tools
Must have the ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.

Nice To Haves

A nationally recognized health, wellness, or fitness certification is preferred.
Ability to maintain required wellness certifications and professional credentials.

Responsibilities

Help employees engage with wellness resources that support healthier lifestyles and stronger workplace connections.
Partner closely with the Population Health Coordinator to plan and support wellness initiatives.
Assist in managing Personify Health challenges and engagement activities.
Answer employee questions regarding wellness programs, rewards, vendors, and eligibility requirements.
Serve as a trusted resource for information and guidance.
Coordinate the implementation, modification, and termination of wellness products and services.
Build productive relationships with vendor partners to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively.
Help create a wellness culture that empowers employees to participate, engage, and succeed.
