Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to adhere to a work schedule and work independently.
  • Proficient verbal and non-verbal communication skills; able to read and interpret documents and produce correspondences.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, scan, and distribute incoming correspondences.
  • Route all inbound communications through que within the Gilsbar system.
  • Inventory and manage supplies.
  • Provides support to internal departments as needed.
