About The Position

The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) is seeking a full-time Internal Services Coordinator. This is a state position governed by the Civil Service Rules, in state government located in Oklahoma City, OK. OMMA offers a comprehensive benefits packet, including a generous benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents. The annual salary for this position is $65,000 based on education and experience. Requirements

  • Three years experience in receipt, storage, or stock handling work, and issuance of material; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of simple arithmetic.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge of storage methods and procedures.
  • Knowledge of inventory methods and techniques and maintaining detailed inventory records.
  • Knowledge of warehousing practices and techniques.
  • Knowledge of stock handling.
  • Knowledge of the operation of warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of stock identification methods.
  • Knowledge of general clerical and office management methods and procedures.
  • Ability to write simple reports.
  • Ability to follow oral or written instructions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Ability to store and warehouse a variety of supplies.
  • Ability to maintain detailed inventory records.
  • Ability to maintain accurate warehouse records.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to provide training and supervision to others.
  • Skill to operate a forklift.

  • Experience in administrative support, operations, or internal services functions.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Internal Operations Manager to coordinate the day-to-day facilities needs and staff concerns.
  • Supports agency safety programs, including maintaining documentation and assisting with safety procedures and drills.
  • Supports asset and inventory management, including tracking, audits, and coordination of equipment distribution and return.
  • Assists with procurement of equipment and supplies, including computers, phones, printers, and office materials. Also assists with tracking orders and deliveries.
  • Manages phone inventory, including upgrades, replacements, and cancellations.
  • Supports vendor coordination, including scheduling, access, and assisting with AV and other service needs of the agency.
  • Receives, organizes, distributes, and tracks materials, equipment, records, agency mail, and other supplies used to support agency operations.
  • Assists with mail services including shipping, receiving, and printing functions, in addition to sorting, tracking, and coordinating delivery of mail.
  • Assists with office moves, workspace setup, and movement of furniture and equipment.
  • Maintains records, logs, and documentation related to inventory, services, and operational activities.
  • Coordinates with internal departments and external partners to support service requests and operational needs.
  • Provides general internal services support and responds to staff requests in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
  • Works effectively in team environment, participating and assisting their peers.
  • Participates in the development and evaluation of program objectives and procedures
  • Provides training and technical assistance to internal staff.
