About The Position
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for an Internal Service Advisor. Located at Napleton's Genesis of Aurora, the Internal Service Advisor is a crucial link between our dealership’s service department and internal teams, managing repairs for inventory, company vehicles, and reconditioning. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the country’s largest and most successful automotive dealership groups.
Requirements
- CDK experience is preferred
- Tech Savvy- able to learn and utilize technology
- Previous Dealership Service Advisor Experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
Responsibilities
- Writing internal service repair orders for new cars and used cars, dispatching work to technicians, and subletting work if necessary
- Coordinate after sales accessory installation/repairs
- Ensure proper and complete documentation and billing on repair orders
- Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
- Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
- Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
- Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
- Other duties assigned by management
