Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Customer Service, Service Support, Service Coordination, inside sales, or technical support experience
- Experience with ERP (Infor,) CRM, or business software systems
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and move inventory items
