About The Position

Hiley Buick GMC is seeking an Internal Service Advisor to handle our internal work. You will be joining a dealership with a talented team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. Expected compensation $60,000 to $90,000 per year with our generous sales based plans.

Requirements

• Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
• Works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Write up all PDI and Used Car Reconditioning repair orders
• Completely document requests and concerns from departments for technicians.
• Keep department managers informed on the progress of vehicles
• Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
• Monitor inventory for recalls.
• Manage and write purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
