About The Position

A successful Business Development Associate will provide the best possible customer experience and will provide consistent results that generate business for the dealership. They will also train to assist customers with their rental car. McKinney Buick GMC provides a great work atmosphere with the ability to be promoted from within. We are looking for a person who can both make phone calls for our service customers. This is a great opportunity that offers some flexibility with the schedule. A person with call center or customer service experience may do well in this roll.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
• A can do attitude that enjoys meeting challenges and taking care of customers
• A mindset committed to meeting your established goals and exceeding them
• Must be able to work your assigned shift and be on time
• A desire to represent the company well in your appearance and communications

• Call center or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Working with other Business Development Center teammates to achieve the required goals for the department
• The ability to take care of our rental car customers and fleet of vehicles in a timely manner
• Ability to use various computer programs, once trained, in an efficient and effective manner.
