About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Internal Service Advisor to join their Service team. This role works closely with Sales Managers and Technicians to complete repairs and reconditioning on vehicles. Requirements

• Uber organizational skills
• High level customer service experience
• Ability to demonstrate time management
• Strong work ethics
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work to technicians and vendors and verify that work is properly diagnosed and performed.
• Input and maintain vehicle estimate information in computer system.
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely and cost effective repairs.
• Provide accounting with all necessary paperwork.
• Maintain a log of all reconditioning activity.
