About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Internal Service Advisor to join their Service team in Fairbanks, Alaska. This role is crucial in coordinating repairs and reconditioning for vehicles entering the dealership, working closely with Sales Managers and Technicians. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service experience, time management abilities, a strong work ethic, and effective communication skills. The ability to prioritize tasks is essential. This is an hourly position with a set schedule.

• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work to technicians and vendors and verify that work is properly diagnosed and performed.
• Input and maintain vehicle estimate information in computer system.
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely and cost effective repairs.
• Provide accounting with all necessary paperwork.
• Maintain a log of all reconditioning activity.
