About The Position

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing the internal audit at the IEM manufacturing plant/s.

Must have strong Problem Solving and Analytical abilities.
Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with quality management systems, CAPA processes, Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100).
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
2+ years of experience in auditing or related field
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity

Prior experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance is strongly preferred.

Conduct internal audits across departments to assess risk and control effectiveness
Develop audit plans, scope, and objectives based on risk assessments
Analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies
Prepare clear and concise audit reports with actionable recommendations
Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions
Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Assist in the development and refinement of internal audit procedures
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices
