About The Position

The incumbent in this position is responsible for procedures to monitor compliance with the system of internal controls established by the company. This role assists in the planning and development of Internal Audit policies and procedures, develops and updates audit programs, and performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. The position also promotes outstanding customer relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or other business related field is required
  • Experience in PC environment and knowledge of PC based accounting software packages preferred
  • Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission
  • Must successfully pass background check
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data and casino policies
  • Must successfully pass drug screening
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted during work
  • Stand 80% of the time in a noisy and fast pace environment
