About The Position
BayCare Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join an established outpatient-only office in Newport Richey/Trinity, Florida. This office, which cares for patients aged 12 and older, has 3 physicians and 1 APP. The office hours are 8 am to 5 pm. BayCare Medical Group emphasizes a true medical home model, valuing continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships. Physicians are supported by a network of over 46 specialties and 16 not-for-profit hospitals within the BayCare Health System.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients ages 12 years and older.
- Practice in an outpatient-only setting with no obstetrics.
- Foster continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships.
- Contribute to a medical home model for patients.
- Collaborate with providers across various specialties within BayCare.
