About The Position

WH2 Internal Operations is seeking a flexible individual to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This role involves various warehouse tasks including scanning product moves, unloading trucks, receiving, inbound audits, moving pallets, inventory management, order picking and packing, preparing orders for shipment (including e-commerce), loading outbound products, and ensuring proper placement and securing of items in delivery vehicles. The position also requires creating and attaching shipping documents, inspecting products for damage, and safely operating various warehouse machinery. Additionally, the role involves using a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or another database to view or input information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1+ years warehouse experience required.
  • Ability to organize and arrange products efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively is critical in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to operate Turret Trucks, Standup Fork Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ), and Walkie Riders.
  • Lift and carry objects of varying weights, often up to 50 pounds or more.
  • Frequently walk through large facilities or warehouse floor, standing and walking for 8-12 hours per shift.
  • Ability to climb ladders or step stools.
  • Regularly bend, kneel, crouch or reach overhead to access products or materials.
  • Hear warming signals, radio communications, or alarms, also good vision (with or without corrective lenses) to read labels, tags and instructions.
  • Ability to handle and manipulate small items, operate equipment, and perform precise movements.
  • Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and exposure to noise, dust or fumes.
  • Warehouse work requires overall physical strength and ability to sustain energy throughout the workday.
  • Follow safety protocols, using personal protective equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks, learn new skills, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years’ warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Use Radio Frequency Scan gun (RF Gun) to scan all product moves at the warehouse.
  • Unloading trucks, receiving, and inbound audits.
  • Move pallets of product to storage locations.
  • Transport pallets of product to new locations within warehouse.
  • Counting and confirming inventory, conducting inventory audits, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Case Picking, pallet picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, including ecommerce.
  • Load outbound products on to delivery vehicles.
  • Ensure proper placement and securing items inside delivery vehicles.
  • Create and attach necessary shipping documents to packages, including labels, invoices, and packing slips.
  • Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and shipping.
  • Safely operating turret truck, reach truck, Standup forklifts, walkie riders, electric pallet jacks, shrink machines, and other warehouse machinery.
  • View or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or another database.
