About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an Internal Network Security Monitoring Program Manager for an active RFP opportunity with the Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL). This role involves supporting the procurement of a Tenable OT Security solution and advisory services for an Internal Network Security Monitoring program. The program manager will coordinate scope, delivery planning, stakeholder updates, documentation, risk tracking, and program readiness. This is an RFP-based contract opportunity with an estimated rate of $75 - $150/hr.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scope, delivery planning, stakeholder updates, documentation, risk tracking, and program readiness for the INSM effort.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
