Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome Internal Medicine physicians and hospitalists, as well as Family Medicine physicians and surgeons of all backgrounds.
• No previous wound care or procedural experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training

Responsibilities

• Use the latest advancements in wound healing to change lives in communities across Brentwood, TN
• Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds
• Management of the underlying conditions that affect wound healing
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, where you follow patients through healing
