Internal Medicine Physician - Primary Care
About The Position
Overlake Clinics is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to provide primary care at its Bellevue Primary Care clinic. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position within Overlake’s physician-led organization, combining the autonomy and flexibility of private practice with the support and stability of employed practice. Overlake Clinics provides primary care, same-day appointments, and specialty services across Seattle’s Eastside, supported by an integrated electronic health record that coordinates health information across locations. The role is supported by RN in-basket coverage for primary care providers, centralized pharmacist refill support, an EPIC provider trainer, and EPIC EMR with the DAX Copilot AI-automated documentation tool. The care model is collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary. The posting lists a broad pay range of $220,000–$850,000 and a generous value-based compensation model of $293,000–$474,000 annually. Benefits include up to 6.5 weeks of PTO, one week of CME and $5,000 in CME funds, sign-on and relocation support, retirement matching, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a U.S. residency.
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Washington physician license by time of hire.
- BLS certification.
