Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine)
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated, high-performing Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a rapidly expanding outpatient primary care practice in metro Atlanta. This permanent, long-term opportunity is intended for physicians who want to grow their practice and build a full patient panel in an adult-focused setting serving patients age 18 and older. The practice has a predominantly private and commercial payer population and a five-day work week, with an expected pace of approximately three patients per hour. Physicians use eClinicalWorks integrated with AI ambient recording and documentation, along with comprehensive in-office diagnostic capabilities. Clinical support includes a dedicated RN team for triage, inbox support, and results calls; on-site procedure nurses; and a specialized remote care support team. Administrative staff handle check-in and check-out, scheduling, medication and imaging prior authorizations, and billing. Year-one total compensation is guaranteed at $400,000, comprising a $350,000 base salary and a $50,000 signing bonus. From year two onward, compensation consists of a base salary plus a productivity bonus; top performers reportedly earn well above $400,000. Additional leadership and expansion bonuses may be available for physicians who help establish satellite locations. Candidates who qualify and execute an agreement by December 31, 2026, qualify for an additional $5,000 onboarding bonus. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with four- or five-day options. Weekends and major holidays are off, and physicians share a light, phone-only call schedule. The position includes comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage including tail coverage, CME time and stipend, student loan repayment assistance, and relocation assistance for eligible candidates moving to metro Atlanta. This is not a locum tenens or temporary placement.
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Completion of a residency program; the posting specifies an elite residency program.
- Two to three years of clinical experience.
- Active Georgia medical license and DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain both before the start date.
- Flawless credentialing, licensing, and malpractice history.
- Interest in long-term practice growth and establishing a loyal patient base.

- MD graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school preferred.
- Strong personal or professional ties to the metro Atlanta area preferred.
