About The Position
UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent Adult Primary Care outpatient only opportunity, in the western Chicago suburb of La Grange. This position is affiliated with UChicago Medicine, one of the top academic medical centers in the country, and part of AdventHealth, a unified health system with over 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout 9 states.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
- Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
- Board Certified/Eligible
Responsibilities
- Adult patient panel ages 18 and up
- 1:3 Call
- Hospitalist model for inpatient care
- Clinic located in Hospital MOB
