About The Position

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a full-time, outpatient Internal Medicine Board Certified/Eligible Physician to join our Faculty Binghamton Internal Medicine Residency Clinic. This is a well-established, busy primary care office in Binghamton, New York, offering outstanding clinical and administrative support. The role involves precepting 48 Internal Medicine residents alongside a team of IM physicians. Opportunities for teaching residents and medical students from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, as well as participation in clinical research, are available. UHS is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving the Southern Tier of Upstate New York with a comprehensive network of hospitals, long-term care, home care services, and physician practices.

Requirements

Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
Completion of an ACGME accredited IM Residency
New York State Medical License

Responsibilities

Precepting 48 Internal Medicine residents
Providing patient care in an outpatient setting

Participating in clinical research
