Requirements

MD or DO REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine REQUIRED
Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
Commitment to underserved and mission-driven care REQUIRED
Strong collaboration and communication skills REQUIRED
Comfortable practicing within outpatient team-based environment REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient-only Internal Medicine services to adult patient populations
Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and complex primary care needs
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary support teams including MAs, RN support, behavioral health, and specialty consult resources
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care planning
Deliver compassionate, mission-driven healthcare to underserved rural communities

Annual base salary: $234,635.20 – $267,624.00

Partnership eligible sign-on structure: $50,000 sign-on bonus, $25,000 retention bonus in year 2, $25,000 retention bonus in year 3
