The practice is outpatient-only, focused on quality care, continuity, and provider support, situated in a rural mountain setting surrounded by rivers, forests, and year-round outdoor recreation.

Requirements

  • MD or DO REQUIRED
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine REQUIRED
  • Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
  • Commitment to underserved and mission-driven care REQUIRED
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills REQUIRED
  • Comfortable practicing within outpatient team-based environment REQUIRED

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient-only Internal Medicine services to adult patient populations
  • Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and complex primary care needs
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary support teams including MAs, RN support, behavioral health, and specialty consult resources
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care planning
  • Deliver compassionate, mission-driven healthcare to underserved rural communities
