About The Position

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary practice in Peabody, Massachusetts. Key Features of our Primary Care Model: After-Hours Call Program: Physicians are not responsible for after-hours call coverage. Virtual Clinic Support (VCS): A centralized team of advanced practice providers work remotely to manage clinical tasks that traditionally fall to primary care physicians, including managing clinical inboxes, test results, patient messages, medication refills and routine patient follow-up. Team-Based Approach to Care: Our interdisciplinary team includes Social Work, Behavioral Health specialists, and a dedicated Medical Assistant to ensure comprehensive patient support. Technology Assistance: Access to AI note writing products compatible with EPIC. Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician
  • Experience as an Internal Medicine Physician or a recent graduate in Internal Medicine

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical inboxes, test results, patient messages, medication refills and routine patient follow-up with the support of Virtual Clinic Support (VCS).
  • Provide comprehensive patient support as part of an interdisciplinary team including Social Work, Behavioral Health specialists, and a dedicated Medical Assistant.
