About The Position

Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for their Outpatient practice in San Bernardino County. The San Bernardino County Service area is the largest in the Southern California region, featuring two hospitals and over 19 medical office buildings. It provides a wide range of tertiary and specialty services, along with numerous academic opportunities, including nine residency and fellowship programs, and serves as a clinical rotation site for the Bernard J Tyson Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine. Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
Three consecutive years of full-time employment (or six consecutive years of part-time employment) to be eligible for Partnership.
External hires must pass a background check/drug screen.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting.
Transition to a Partner/Owner of SCPMG after meeting eligibility requirements.
Participate in organizational decisions through voting rights (as a Partner).
Engage in leadership, teaching, academic pursuits, specialization, and social activities.
