Requirements

- Experience in an outpatient primary‑care or internal medicine setting
- Trained in Internal Medicine through an accredited residency program
- Active New York State medical license
- DEA registration for the state of New York
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and electronic health records
