About The Position

Sentara Medical Group has an Internal Medicine opening with Sentara's GME program in Williamsburg, VA. Join Sentara's growing program working a full-time schedule with variable flexibility. Call is minimal, phone only and triaged first 24/7 by an RN. This is an outpatient-focused role. Once the program is fully mature, a panel may be established. The physician will be working with 12 residents that will be rotating through the practice. Attending experience is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Internal Medicine Physician Required
• Attending Experience Highly Preferred
• Fully integrated EMR (Epic)
• Must be able to work in a tobacco-free environment.

• Experience working with residents.

Responsibilities

• Work with 12 residents that will be rotating through the practice.
• Provide outpatient medical care.
• Participate in a minimal, phone-only call rotation, triaged 24/7 by an RN.
