About The Position

Annapolis Internal Medicine is a long-established, physician-owned adult primary care practice in Annapolis, Maryland, seeking a physician to join our group in the fall season of 2027. PGY-3 residents are encouraged to apply! The practice has been physician-owned and operated for over 50 years, with 8 physician partners and 13 APPs. They utilize an integrated care model that includes care management, behavioral health, and nutrition. A same-day clinic separates urgent care from primary care schedules.

Requirements

Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with an adult focus.
Interest in long-term patient relationships.
Comfortable in a physician-led, collaborative environment.
PGY-3 residents are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide primary care to adult patients.
Build a patient panel.
Participate in minimal shared call.
Work one Saturday morning per month during the first year for panel building.
Collaborate in a physician-led environment.

$250,000 base salary plus productivity bonus with earning potential of $300,000 or more.
