About The Position

Adult Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PA/AGNP) – Make an Impact in Your Community. Adelante Healthcare has been serving vulnerable populations across 9 clinics in Maricopa County for over 40 years. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care including preventive care & health promotion, diagnosis, treatment & management of acute and chronic conditions, patient education and community-focused care, and coordination and referrals as needed. You will work with autonomy and purpose, supported by a collaborative care team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Arizona NP & RN licenses
• Current DEA certification
• CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Strong clinical judgment & patient communication skills
• Commitment to community health and underserved populations
• Valid AZ Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years in community health
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
