About The Position

Northside Hospital is an award-winning, state-of-the-art, and continually growing healthcare system. We are seeking an Internal Medicine Faculty Member to join our established ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Program at Northside Hospital Gwinnett. This program offers a blend of evidence-based practice within a community hospital setting. Our core faculty, comprising Doctors of Osteopathic and Allopathic Medicine, are dedicated to providing residents and fellows with the highest quality clinical experience and medical training. This established program, with 45 residents, is looking for a new faculty member to contribute to our educational mission.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine
• DEA certification
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Georgia or the ability to obtain one
• 3-5 Years of Post Residency Experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience teaching residents and/or faculty experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Join a collegial group of faculty at Northside's Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Teach residents in a highly established and high acuity trauma center.
• Have the opportunity to explore your academic and faculty interests.
• Work both inpatient and outpatient.
