About The Position

The Internal Fraud Reporting & Insights Analyst plays a critical role in shaping how American Express measures, reports, and communicates internal fraud risk across the enterprise. Reporting to the Vice President of Detection, Reporting, and QA for Internal Fraud, this role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making through innovative use of Tableau and Power BI, ensuring leadership has actionable insights into Internal fraud. This individual contributor will collaborate with the Senior Manager to help drive the development of key metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting to support risk transparency, regulatory compliance, and governance excellence. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled data visualization expert with a deep understanding of internal fraud and control data, coupled with a passion for translating complex datasets into strategic business intelligence.
