About The Position

As part of the Internal Engagement team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of collaborative unity between the core and support groups in the Enterprise. As an Internal Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of physical and virtual workspaces, including facilities, vendor relationships, and space planning. This also includes supporting onboarding of new Teammates, coordinating internal events such as office celebrations, team summits, and deep-dive sessions to foster employee engagement and team cohesion. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high degree of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Able to effectively prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and remain agile in responding to rapidly changing requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with teammates at all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient with MS Office and fluent in the use of modern software tools and applications
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the abil-ity to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Practical experience in an administrative coordination role
  • Experience in facilities management

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of a clean, well-organised and resourced working environment, ensuring adequate inventory of office supplies and equipment, and manage relationships with external vendors to maintain operational efficiency
  • Support the framework planning, coordination and delivery of internal events and team meetings to foster Teammate engagement
  • In coordination with the People Team, provide Onboarding Buddy support to ensure that new teammates are effectively integrated into the Metrea Ecosystem of frameworks and FIRMWARE
  • Support the management of inventory, distribution, and logistics of branded workwear and mer-chandise to support internal cohesion, events, and brand representation
  • Support the development of and oversee the annual office budget, track expenditure with accu-racy using internal reporting mechanisms and ensure the efficient and cost-effective allocation of resources
  • Work with the Head of Team Engagement to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, com-municate effectively procedural changes and support strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Assist in the development and execution of Enterprise expansion initiatives, including workforce growth and office location planning
