About The Position

ProHealth Physicians, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide internal coverage across multiple practice locations in Connecticut, helping maintain patient access within a reasonable commute. The role is based in Farmington, Connecticut, and includes 34 hours of direct patient care per week over four days. The physician will work in a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based primary care environment, partnering with Advanced Practice Clinicians and care teams. The position focuses on educating and empowering patients to take ownership of their health. Teaching, leadership, and growth opportunities may be available for interested physicians. Requirements

Unrestricted medical licensure in Connecticut, or ability to obtain it before starting.
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA, or ability to obtain them before starting.
