About The Position
Rechtien International Trucks is seeking an experienced and dependable Policy and Procedure Specialist to join its team at its Miami dealership. The role develops, implements, maintains, and monitors operations policies and procedures, supports policy introductions, and helps departments meet documentation requirements. It works with management and employees to identify documentation needs, reviews materials for gaps and improvements, and recommends ways to improve documentation effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the audit spectrum or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently.
- Deep understanding of handling highly confidential or sensitive information.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Dealership experience.
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Operations environments to help ensure new policies, policy changes, and policy maintenance are consistent.
Responsibilities
- Develop documents to maintain effective policies, procedures, and work instructions consistent with program guidelines.
- Interface with management and employees to determine policy, procedure, and work instruction requirements.
- Research and review documents to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Stay current on policies and procedures across all business areas.
- Assist with developing documentation requirements for new or changing business processes.
- Analyze documentation effectiveness and recommend improvement opportunities to management.
- Support the introduction of internal company policies.
- Support all departments with required documentation.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and monitor operations policies and procedures.
