About The Position
As an Internal Communications Senior Specialist, your work will directly impact the success of our organization by ensuring Team Members across our Las Vegas properties are informed, motivated and engaged in our company's mission of Creating the Extraordinary. The Internal Communications Senior Specialist serves as a dedicated communications partner for Las Vegas regional operations, supporting property leadership, Human Resources and business stakeholders through effective communications planning and execution. Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, Las Vegas & Corporate, this role develops and executes communication materials that support regional business priorities, Team Member engagement initiatives and operational communications needs across multiple properties. The position collaborates closely with stakeholders to deliver timely, relevant and impactful communications through a variety of channels, including digital, print, email and our company intranet.
