Brex is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist/Manager to be the engine behind how the company communicates internally, ensuring employees globally are informed, aligned, and engaged. This role will own the coordination and execution of company-wide All Hands meetings and develop/distribute communications across various channels to connect employees with the company's mission, strategy, and culture. The position requires a blend of operational rigor, creative storytelling, and the ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the individual to be onsite 3 days per week at the San Francisco hub office.
