About The Position

Ando is seeking its first Internal Communications Manager to connect employees to the company's strategy, culture, and stories. This role involves building and shaping internal communications, working closely with the CEO, Executive Team, and senior leaders to keep over 350 employees informed and engaged. The position offers the opportunity to develop and deliver the internal communications strategy, bring business priorities to life through engaging communications, and experiment with new channels and technologies.

Requirements

Significant experience in communications, marketing, employee engagement or related fields, with a proven ability to connect people to strategy, culture and business priorities.
Experience developing and delivering communication strategies that support change, drive engagement and bring people on the journey.
The ability to move seamlessly between big-picture thinking, strategic planning and hands-on execution.
A modern, future-focused mindset, with a willingness to challenge traditional approaches, experiment with new ideas and embrace AI-enabled ways of working.
Adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

Developing and delivering the next evolution of Ando’s internal communications strategy.
Bringing business priorities, change initiatives and big ideas to life through engaging communications and experiences.
Partnering with the CEO, Executive Team and senior leaders to shape messaging and provide trusted communications advice.
Developing communication plans that support growth, transformation and employee engagement.
Experimenting with new channels, formats and technologies to create communications people engage with.
