About The Position

This is a 6-month (January 4th–June 25th, 2027) paid co-op experience out of our Boston, MA headquarters. Co-ops are required to be onsite 5 days per week in our Boston, MA office. As an Internal Comms & Brand Co-op at Klaviyo, you'll join our Internal Comms team, where the work is video-forward, visually driven, and focused on telling a story well, specifically the story of what it's actually like to work at Klaviyo. We're looking for students who think like creatives and like systems-builders at the same time: people who love making video, motion, and visual work, but who also like figuring out how that work can land with an audience. Our team is also finding new ways to use AI in our creative work, from video and editing to content production. You'll get hands-on exposure to that as part of your day-to-day, not as a side project.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, with an expected graduation date in May 2029, in Communications, Marketing, Social Media, Design, or a related field

  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative process to move faster without losing craft
