About The Position
This role is for an Internal Auditor within the Quality, Risk & Compliance team at Napthens, a legal services firm. The position involves maintaining high standards across legal and business support teams. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with some regional travel and is based in offices located in Lancashire, Merseyside, Manchester, and Cumbria. Requirements
- Methodical, organised, and detail-driven
- Comfortable explaining audit findings clearly and professionally
- Experienced in regulated or professional environments
- Familiar with ISO and/or Lexcel frameworks
- Able to build trust while still providing constructive challenge
