About The Position

Meta is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team to lead Ads Integrity assurance audits. You will leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance audit efficiency while evaluating risks and controls for ads products, machine learning and large language models, data pipelines, and metrics calculations. You will lead complex audits using a combination of traditional audit methodologies and emerging AI technologies to accelerate testing, improve documentation quality, and deliver relevant insights.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Big 4, Management Consulting, Trust & Safety, Risk Management, Business/Data Analyst, and/or Internal Audit
BA/BS degree in Policy, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
Problem solving skills that demonstrate critical thinking and “outside-the-box” approach to reach a solution
Experience in communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, collaborators and clients, at different levels
Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and data analytics tools (e.g., large language models, AI assistants, code copilots) to accelerate work output and improve quality
Critical thinking skills to evaluate, validate, and refine AI-assisted work
Understanding of AI limitations and when human judgment is essential
Technical acumen, project management skills, and experience communicating effectively in a complex environment
You will have experience working with state-of-the-art engineering systems, utilizing AI assistants and data analytics tools to analyze large datasets, and experience rapidly adopting new technologies and processes

Nice To Haves

Certified Internal Auditor and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor
Audit experience in Ads Integrity platforms
Experience in regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

Develop project plan (e.g., calendar, budgeting, milestone tracking, reporting, communication plans, etc.) and lead project scoping, fieldwork, and reporting with limited level of oversight
Manage stakeholder relationships and audit engagements with co-sourcing partners, providing direction, and ensuring accomplishment of audits and projects
Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls for key processes
Align with business to develop remediation plans and due dates, and perform post-remediation validation testing
Draft audit report, audit observations and other deliverables that align with reporting guidance
Execute quarterly vertical risk assessment with limited oversight
Build subject matter expertise in industry areas and stay up-to-date on new regulatory and industry developments
Promote thought leadership by leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to transform audit execution—driving automation in testing, accelerating project delivery, and enabling continuous improvement in internal audit services
