About The Position

Arcadian Bank is seeking an Internal Audit & Information Security Officer to help the bank use technology effectively while strengthening the systems, controls, and processes that protect its customers and operations. The role combines technology improvement and implementation with independent internal auditing and reviews across the bank. The officer will assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and sound banking practices, while helping employees make better use of available tools.

The position requires curiosity, analytical ability, comfort with technology, sound judgment, and a willingness to understand and improve how systems and processes work. The officer will balance independent and objective audit work with collaborative technology implementation, communicating effectively with employees with varying levels of technical knowledge. Relevant experience can be beneficial, but aptitude, curiosity, judgment, and ability to learn are emphasized. A computer science degree, prior banking experience, and previous IT department employment are not required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in banking, information technology, information security, internal audit, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Computer science or a related degree.
• Prior banking experience.
