Requirements
- Ability to work evening or night shift
- Able to work limited over-time, including Saturdays and/or Sundays, if necessary
- Ability to read, understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings
- Ability to perform basic mathematics and computations
- Adhere to assigned schedule
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic English communications
- Resides or intends to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, Missouri
- Has current work authorization for employment within the United States
- Internal candidates: bid process per Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
- External candidates must complete: Application; Talent Assessment; Job interview, pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Safety Sensitive position: Drug panel includes THC
Nice To Haves

- Previous manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Reading, understanding and interpreting Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, schematics, work instructions and specifications to complete assignments without (or limited) supervision.
- Selection and preparation of materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
- Obtaining and/or preparing all necessary parts & materials, then performing assigned assembly of appropriate parts.
- Operating cranes and hoist as needed.
- Performing repairs, either inside or outside tank.
- Training, assisting, and mentoring new team members in assembly.
- Maintaining quality and production records.
- Performing any related tasks as deemed necessary by supervision.
