They are seeking exceptional interns who have demonstrated system-building capabilities, open-source contributions, or deep technical expertise. The ideal candidate thrives in open-ended, high-stakes environments and is passionate about advancing open, distributed AI. Skills in AI, systems, distributed compute, cryptography, or other technical domains are valued, with a strong emphasis on learning agility, execution, and critical thinking.
