About The Position

Johnson Matthey is seeking talented individuals for its 2026 US Internship Program, offering exciting opportunities in Science, Operations, and Support Functions. This 10-12 week program is designed to provide meaningful roles that prepare interns for their future, focusing on team building, presentation and personal skills, and technical skill development. The program is robust and challenging, ideal for individuals passionate about pushing their boundaries. Interns will receive mentoring, coaching, and expert career advice, along with workshops to build critical leadership skills. A competitive hourly rate and a potential bonus for completing the internship are offered.

Requirements

Working towards a BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related field (for Science Stream).
Minimum Overall GPA of 2.7 required.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
A true career aspiration to be a leader.
Must be adaptable, strive for excellence, and demonstrate a positive attitude in the face of adversity.
Strong interpersonal skills a must.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships to achieve results.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills essential.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
