About The Position

Yellowstone Landscape is dedicated to excellence in commercial landscaping. As the largest privately-owned commercial landscaping company in the nation, we offer exciting career opportunities for Landscape Professionals across the United States. Our growing company is seeking college students and recent college grads to join our Internship Program. The Yellowstone Landscape Internship Program provides students with an array of experiences in the landscape industry including management, construction, tree care, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, plant identification and crew management. We can accommodate interns at most branch locations. This is a full-time, paid position.

Requirements

Major in Plant Science, Horticultural Sciences, Agriculture, Landscape Management, Urban Forestry, Agricultural Mechanization, Construction, Design or Architecture, or Business.
Interest in learning all aspects of the landscape industry.
Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
Clean driving record.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Exposure to different aspects of the landscape industry through a rotating schedule and clearly defined learning objectives.
Development of a personalized program in collaboration with the Branch Manager and Intern Mentor, tailored to individual interests and branch needs.
Guidance from an Account Manager (Mentor) who will act as the primary supervisor, sharing management philosophy and assisting in developing a personal management style.
Receiving continuous feedback throughout the program from the Mentor.
Participation in professional development activities, including outside activities and networking opportunities to enhance exposure to the horticultural environment.
Attendance at a speaker's forum covering topics relevant to the company and professional development.
