About The Position
Rocky Mountain Steel Mills is recruiting students for Spring and Summer 2027 internship opportunities in Pueblo, Colorado. Internships are available in engineering disciplines—including mechanical, civil, electrical, metallurgical, and mechatronics engineering—and in business and operations areas including finance, accounting, and logistics and supply chain management. Interns will apply classroom learning to real-world challenges and work alongside industry professionals on meaningful projects connected to manufacturing operations, production efficiency, infrastructure, maintenance, and business performance. The experience includes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, exposure to advanced manufacturing operations, professional networking, and opportunities to build technical, operational, and leadership skills.
