Internship Opportunities

ATMI Indy•Greenfield, IN

About The Position

ATMI Precast offers internship opportunities for students interested in engineering, construction, manufacturing, project management, quality, technology, and related fields. We recruit interns throughout the year and attend multiple college career fairs to meet students who want hands-on experience in a real construction and manufacturing environment. We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in an engineering, construction management, technology, or related degree program, want hands-on experience, are willing to ask questions and learn, communicate well and work with different teams, are organized and dependable, take initiative, enjoy solving problems, and want to understand how things actually get built. Previous precast or construction experience is not required. ATMI gives interns exposure to more than one piece of the process, allowing them to see how decisions made on a drawing or in a meeting actually affect production and the finished project. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real work, and get a clearer idea of where they may want their career to go.
