About The Position

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented interns to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience across various areas of the business, including operations, logistics, customer support, and other corporate functions. As an intern, you will play an active role in supporting day-to-day business operations, working closely with team members, and gaining exposure to real-world processes that drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business success. While the internship itself is a temporary role, those who excel and have a high drive for growth may have full-time career growth opportunities available post-internship.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university program (or recent graduate)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Support daily operations by assisting with coordination of tasks, workflows, and internal processes
Communicate with internal teams, customers, and/or external partners via phone, email, and chat
Assist with tracking and monitoring orders, requests, or projects to ensure timely completion
Help resolve issues by gathering information, escalating when needed, and following through to resolution
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry across systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, customer support, and accounting
Participate in process improvement initiatives and team projects
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
For operations/logistics-focused teams, this may include working with drivers, coordinating shipments, and tracking delivery timelines.
