About The Position

Herzing University is seeking motivated college students to participate in our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This is a paid, project-based internship experience designed to offer meaningful, hands-on work that aligns with students’ academic interests and career goals. This is a single universal internship posting supporting placements across multiple departments. This posting will close at the end of business on Friday, May 29th. Interns will be matched to projects based on background, interests, and program needs. All internships include defined deliverables, mentorship, and an end-of-summer report-out.

Requirements

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university
• Completion of at least one year of college coursework
• Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.5 (additional documentation will be requested to verify GPA)
• Pursuing a degree relevant to the internship area
• Authorized to work in the United States (We do not sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time)
• Strong desire to gain professional, hands-on experience
• Initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data analysis in support of departmental initiatives
• Prepare reports, summaries, dashboards, or presentations
• Support project planning, documentation, and execution
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners as appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Complete assigned deliverables and final project presentation
