Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Assist with hardware configuration, deployment and call routing.
  • Install and uninstall hardware/software, deploy hardware throughout the organization and take inventory when necessary.
  • Assist processing tickets once submitted.
  • Assist with the system conversion from Cerner to Epic by supporting registration and training efforts for all caregivers and super users.
  • Assist with the system conversion from Cerner to Epic by validating information transferred and confirming patient encounters.
  • Create workflows for each Epic process, manage trackers and facilitate meetings while taking minutes.
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation consisting of documentation collection, printing badges, and leading facility tours.
  • Collect and assist with presenting reports on organizational demographics, recruitment/retention, productivity, and strategic staffing initiatives to leaders.
  • Assist with planning onsite recruitment events/field trips and career fairs.
  • Develop a project and business plan for childcare at the Critical Access Hospital while developing a Population Health Scorecard for the Mosaic Life Care (MLC) System.
  • Assist community agencies and MLC in the development of a cohesive Population Health strategy for Northwest Missouri.
  • Conduct legal research and help with memo drafting.
  • Assist with Responsive Pleadings, Discovery Requests, and Risk Management.
  • Create, distribute, and promote content across all communication channels for MLC Foundation.
  • Research, write, and edit video content and develop content for social media.
  • Assist with event preparation, welcome visitors, and answering inquiries.
  • Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources on market trends, patient behavior, and competitors.
  • Explore data to identify patterns, trends, and insights using statistical and data visualization tools.
  • Build models using statistical techniques and create detailed reports to help the organization make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Support the candidates field of study of Population Health and be proficient in statistical and data management.
  • Report outcomes of population related to SDOH.
  • Develop a Population Health Scorecard and the process to populate the data on the scorecard.
