About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team. Interns assist the department in providing support to that area. In addition, they may be assigned specific projects either as part of, or in addition to, the day-to-day activities related to the assignment. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, open to new challenges, and have a strong desire to develop skills and knowledge in their field of interest. This is an opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience in you field.

Requirements

• Current college student
• Computer skills that include working with MS office products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a clean driving record and is able to safely drive several hours at a time
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and moving your whole body such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, pushing, pulling, and handling various materials.

Nice To Haves

• Become fork lift certified
• Create a photo library in Work Fossa of our parts catalog
• Audit parts pricing and make recommendations to director of finance
• Review field tech min/max stock and make recommendations to FQM/Warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operations within the warehouse, which may include the following: receiving, general warehouse, fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Serve the field by communicating, via phone & email, with techs coordinating deliveries, working through count variances, and problem solving parts issues
• Drive delivery van and fill stocks in Plymouth Meeting and Allentown sheds. Transfer product between East Norriton and Ho-Ho-Kus warehouses
• Support Amazon sales platform and fill orders generated.
• Promote and maintain a safe environment.
• Develop and maintain quality processes and measures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate and interact daily with customers, suppliers, and employees to meet customer expectations.
• Lead by example with the highest degree of integrity, promote teamwork, and effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
