About The Position
Systel’s business is growing, we are looking for an intern to support the Sales Department with Mission control content. This role involves building and migrating content for various sales platforms, developing training materials, and researching AI's application in CRM systems.
Requirements
- High school experience with AI, SharePoint
Responsibilities
- Build content for Mission Control Sales Dept site
- Follow the template to create Sales Dept content for various pages
- Work with Sales to develop training content and upload the videos
- Migrate Sales SLP/WI documents
- Work with Sales to develop contents for Sales Dept Wiki and FAQ pages
- Identify other Sales Dept data/information that should be migrated into Mission Control
- AI usage in MS Dynamics 365
- Research the current industry practice and trend of incorporating AI in CRM usage
- Research MS Copilot use in MS Dynamics CRM
- Understand the current MS Dynamics usage and identify areas where MS Copilot could be utilized
- Develop at minimum two usage cases
