Girls on the Run Minnesota is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident through a unique curriculum that integrates running with social and emotional life skills. Our fall 2026 internships offer valuable experience with an outstanding youth empowerment program. We have openings on our Program team and our Development & Communications team. Interns are expected to work an average of 10 hours per week, including serving as a GOTR Coach. Interns must be available for coaching at a local school on 2-3 weekday afternoons (2-5 p.m.) and to work in the St. Paul office one weekday (Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday between 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.). Girls on the Run values joy, celebration, collaboration, creative adaptation, and inclusivity, aiming to build a world where every person can realize their potential. We welcome all children who identify as girl, non-binary, or gender expansive and are committed to being inclusive, equitable, and accessible. We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds and strive for our staff and volunteers to mirror the communities we serve.
